What is the cost of postage and packaging?
UK mainland orders are FREE OF DELIVERY CHARGE for all orders over £100.00. £2.50 Is chargeable for all orders of up to and including £100.00. Depending on the size and weight of the goods you order, your delivery will be either via courier 48 hours, or Royal Mail.

If you would like to pay £4.50 for First Class & Signed For delivery please get in touch so we can arrange that for you.
For delivery outside the UK mainland please contact us on email@example.com and we will be happy to quote for delivery to your area.
What is the delivery time?
If your requested items are in stock we aim to despatch them from our premises on the next working day, in which case you will receive your order within 3 to 4 working days. We will always endeavour to deliver within 10 to 14 days at the outside. Please do let us know if there is particular urgency with your order in which case we will do all we can to ensure it is sent as quickly as possible.
What do I do if I want a refund?
Should you decide that you are not happy with the goods you have ordered, then please return them to us within 10 days. As long as they are in their original packaging and in good condition, we will happily refund the cost of the item only, postage to be paid by customer returning goods. What is your pricing policy?
All prices on the site are in Sterling and include VAT. We try to ensure that all our information is up to date and correct, however, we do reserve the right to cancel an order should there be a pricing error. We will of course contact you and refund your order in full.
