Placing an order. By placing an order with Expressions Gifts you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Any offer to purchase made by the customer will be deemed accepted by Expressions Gifts once the goods or services have been dispatched to the customer.
Expressions Gifts reserves the right to refuse or reject any order placed by a customer without issuing a reason.
If we suspect that a payment method (e.g. credit card or PayPal account) has been used fraudulently to pay for goods, we will automatically void or refund the payment.
Right to cancel. In accordance with the distance selling regulations, orders can be cancelled by the customer up to 7 working days after the order has been placed & have any monies paid refunded in full. We must be notified by either email or postal letter of any cancellations within 7 working days of the order being placed. If the goods have already been dispatched, the customer will have to return the item at their own expense,. Items must return in an unused re-saleable condition in the original packaging within 14 days of cancellation. After 7 working days usual refund policy applies. Any payment made for the goods by the customer will be refunded once we have received the item back on our premises.
Privacy Policy. We will not pass on any private information regarding your order, contact and payment details to any third parties or companies.It is only used by us to process your order.
Payment Terms. Credit/debit card payments can be made through our secure online payment facility. Customers wanting to pay by cheque or postal order should print a copy of the online shopping basket & send it, with the payment to Expressions Gifts, 49 Callaghan Drive, Tividale, Oldbury, West Midlands , B69 3NG. Please make cheques or postal orders out to Everything Motorcycle and allow 7 days extra for clearance before goods are despatched. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Delivery. For most items please allow between 5-10 working days for delivery in the UK . Made to order items that will be shipped from the manufacturer please allow up to 28 days. You will be notified of any delays if the item cannot be delivered within these timescales. We use a courier for most deliveries and can issue tracking numbers at your request.
Returns , exchanges, refunds. Please advise by email to returns@expressionsgifts.co.uk the item you are returning and the reason. Reseal and correctly label to Expressions Gifts, 49 Callaghan Drive,Tividale, Oldbury, West Midlands , B69 3NG. A returns address label can be emailed for printing at your request.
To exchange faulty items we will arrange for collection and send out new items once we have received the original order back on our premises.
To exchange for different sizes please be aware that extra costs for postage will be charged therefore please refer to our sizing guide for fit. We will only allow for one exchange of clothing for fit per order.
When returning an item to us we suggest using an insured trackable service as we will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
If cancelling an order after 7 working days a 10% restocking and admin fee may be charged if the fault is not our own.
We cannot refund carriage charges or any amount that is greater than the value of the original order.
Items retuned for refund or exchange must be unused and in original packing in a re-saleable condition.
